Who is Boogaard?
Boogaard is a bass-heavy force blending dark sound design with futuristic energy. Starting out behind the decks in 2016 and stepping into production by 2020, I spent years honing my sound through various shows and releases under a former alias. In 2024, the project evolved into Boogaard—a rebrand driven by a vision to push ominous, tech-infused dubstep to the forefront. With a growing catalog and an arsenal of live experience, I'm building a world where chaos, bass, and machine logic collide.
Music and Technology
I've always had a passion for technology—how it works, where it’s going, and what it means for us. But as much as it fascinates me, it also raises real questions. The speed of innovation is outpacing our ability to understand its consequences. I make music about the dangers of technology because I know I’m not the only one thinking about it. Through heavy sound design and dystopian themes, I want to spark that curiosity—and maybe a little fear.

Boogaard isn’t just an artist—it’s a warning. Cloaked in anonymity and wired with cybernetics, I embody a figure sent from the future, where unchecked technology has spiraled out of control. Every set, every track is a transmission—raw signals from a timeline we’re racing toward. The cloak hides what’s left of humanity. The machines are already here. I’m just here to make sure you hear the message before it’s too late.
